Much more than just a private breathwork session…
These unique 1-to-1 sessions combine the power of personalised breathwork and other body-based techniques to release tension, restore a natural sense of calm, increase energy levels, and support greater resilience.
The body-focused techniques used may include any combination of guided breath, somatic awareness, pressure point release, sound therapy and other meditative modalities, with a skilled and experienced facilitator.
How, Where & When?
Sessions take place in-person at Koselig Therapy Rooms in Bangor NI, or online via Zoom.
Once you’ve booked, you’ll receive an email with a link to select day & time on the calendar; with slots available morning, afternoon, or evening, most days each week.
To accommodate the needs of each individual, there are three different 1-to-1 options to choose from below; a 60 minute session, 90 minute, or a 120 minute session.
