Why is BodyMind Reset™ so effective, and where does it come from?
Repeatable, science-based techniques are used to quiet the analytical part of the mind, uncover physically held tension in the body, and let it go. Reduced stress increases energy levels & mental clarity. The method involves professionally guided breathwork, visualisation, pressure point release and sound therapy.
BodyMind Reset™ is based on more than a decade of study and experience in therapeutic work by Scott Riley. Having overcome the rheumatoid arthritis he had been diagnosed with in his early 20s, Scott went on to train with world renowned experts in breathwork, fascia release and other therapeutic modalities.
