What is BodyMind Reset?™
A simple 3-step method that involves breath, sound & body-focused practices to help people overcome the stresses of modern-day living, and support improved performance in the workplace:

How does it work?
Repeatable, science-based techniques are used to quiet the analytical part of the mind, uncover physically held tension in the body, and let it go. Reduced stress increases energy levels & mental clarity.

Where did BodyMind Reset™ come from?
The method is based on more than a decade of study and experience in therapeutic work by Scott Riley. Having overcome the rheumatoid arthritis he had been diagnosed with in his early 20s, Scott went on to train with world renowned experts in breathwork, fascia release and psychedelic facilitation.
